Founder and Creative Director of Beyond Biome,

is a multidisciplinary food and beverage creative with 20 years of experience in her craft.

Throughout her tenured career she garnered skillsets in mixology, natural wine curation, butchery, food preservation, rooftop soil farming and spontaneous fermentation. With a milestone as the manager of the first ever rooftop soil farm in Scandinavia via Copenhagen.

Beyond Biome was created from a culmination of these skills and techniques with the purpose of offering a truly honest and intentional experience focusing on a symbiotic relationship between physical and mental health.
