The low amounts of ethanol produced are simply a natural by-product from the fermentation process.
All intentions are to create a live-active probiotic experience to be enjoyed by all!
This can easily be mixed with a neutral soda to lower the
‘alcohol by volume’
and still
promote overall gut health :)
